Boot Camp & Outdoor Boot Camp - Barre Boot Camp (W) 10:30am Summer Boot Camp with CarolynThis one hour class is a low impact, high intensity workout with the focus on maximum cardio benefit. We will utilize body weight and a variety of equipment and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to maximize cardio, strength and balance.
