CCHS Junior Student Parking Lottery at the Beede Swim & Fitness Center
2025–2026 School Year
Concord Recreation is once again offering 20 student parking spots at the Beede Swim & Fitness Center, adjacent to Concord-Carlisle High School. These reserved spaces are available exclusively to rising Junior CCHS students through a lottery system.

How to Enter the Lottery:
  • Recreation's online registration software MyRec has a registration page where families can add their student to the lottery pool.
  • You must have an account or create an account to register.
    • If you do not have an existing MyRec account, please set one up.
      • For assistance setting up your account, please call 978-287-1000.
    • Please register the student for the lottery and not yourself.
  • Registration is free and open to rising Juniors from May 12 through May 29, 2025.
  • All registrants will be automatically assigned a roster number upon registration.
    • PLEASE NOTE: The timing of your registration does not impact your chances. All students will have an equal chance if they register by the deadline.
  • Numbers will be randomly selected on May 30, 2025, using a random number generator, and the associated students will be contacted with further instructions.
  • If selected, students will be required to:
    • Pay the $300 parking fee (same rate as CCHS campus parking)
    • Complete and submit our Student Parking Agreement
    • Have a valid driver’s license by October 1, 2025
Please note: Lottery winners are not awarded a parking space unless all steps are completed by the deadline in the "winner notification" email to be sent on May 30th.

Terms & Expectations:
  • All student drivers must follow Beede Center parking rules and town guidelines.
  • Parking privileges may be revoked by the Recreation Director or his/her liaison if the disclaimer guidelines are not followed.
  • Any spots not claimed by the deadline will be reallocated to another randomly selected student already in the lottery.
