This workout is for intermediate to advanced participants.Deep Cardio HIITThis class introduces exercise conducted while suspended in the deep, alternating between bursts of high intensity output and moderate activity intervals. Participants exercise all muscle groups using the resistance and buoyancy of water and the resistance of their hand weights.Deep PowerThis class targets every part of your body to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, strength and flexibility.
