Dive Well: Available to children with *Beede swim test wrist bands. Your schedule will be: 11:00am-11:15am   Set-up11:15am-11:30am   Guests arrive 11:30am-12:30pm   Time in the pools12:30pm-12:45pm   Changing in the locker rooms12:45pm-1:30pm     Time in the party room (our fitness studio)  1:30pm-2:00pm       Clean-up  Additional information Final head count due by 9am, the Wednesday before party.  The Beede Center will provide 2 tables with up to 15 chairs, trash barrels and bags. You bring everything else. Head Lifeguards will be available to answer any questions you may have. All food/beverages & decorations must remain in the party room. No balloons, fire (even candles), glass, or alcohol. No vendors, catering companies, deliveries or access to a refrigerator /freezer. All attendees must have a Beede Center waiver, signed by their parent/guardian. Any child who cannot pass the Beede Swim Test* must have their parent/guardian remain at the party and be with them in the water with-in arms reach at all times. * Beede Swim Test: 50 yards front crawl with good swim mechanics, jump into deep water, submerge, tread water for 1 full minute Any child not full potty trained, must be in a swim diaper (different from normal diaper) with a swimsuit over it Any child not fully trained are restricted to Kiddy pool only Use of the Warm water pool is prohibited to all party participants (both children and adults regardless of membership)

Whether you're lunging, jumping rope, or lifting weights, participants will rotate through a variety of cardio and strength based stations for a total body workout. There are endless circuit weight training benefits, come to a class and see for yourself!The stations are designed for you to work at your own pace, you can make the exercise hard or modify. The nice part about a circuit class is that if there is a station that doesn’t work for your body you can just move on to the next one. Tight on time - no worry - run in and hit as many circuits as you have time for. All levels welcome!
