Tabata Spin Bootcamp - Tabata Spin Bootcamp (M) 6:30am Fall Get ready for a combination cardio and strength training class to get your day started. Spin for 25min, then get off your bike for 25 min of tabata strength training using mostly dumbbells and body weight exercises and end with a 5-10min full body cooldown stretch. Appropriate for all levels, modifications will be shown as needed. Tabata is a workout characterized by 20-30 seconds of effort followed by 10-15 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of eight rounds (approx. 4 minutes), followed by 2minute break to recover.Learn more about your instructor, Mary, here.
