A beginner friendly class that fosters a welcoming, inclusive environment where every student feels comfortable moving and participating. Through small-group activities, we provide the personalized guidance needed to build physical confidence, develop new skills, and—most importantly—have fun while staying active.
Prerequisite:
Participants must be able to safely get in and out of chair independently to enroll in this class and confusable use 5-10 weights
