This one- hour class is designed to target your whole body and combat the effects sedentary lifestyle. Through a combination of free weight, bodyweight exercises, and condition equipment, you’ll experience a dynamic workout that boosts endurance, flexibility and overall physical conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels-come join us and take the first step toward improved health and fitness.
