With 17 years at the Beede Center, Maureen has been a driving force behind the growth of the Concord Otters swim team, which now boasts over 200 swimmers. Her dedication and expertise have not only nurtured young talent but have also paved the way for many athletes to excel beyond the Otters. Her commitment to developing young swimmers extends from teaching fundamental skills to preparing them for higher levels of competition, making her an invaluable asset to the Otters program. Under Maureen's guidance, numerous swimmers have gone on to compete successfully on the Concord Carlisle High School swim team and various USA Swim Clubs.

Throughout his career, Coach John has demonstrated a remarkable ability to elevate swimmers to competitive excellence. His training methods have propelled athletes to some of the highest levels in USA Swimming New England, including New England Seniors, Age Group Championships, as well as Silvers and Regionals Championships.
