Before School Registration 2024-25 • Register • View Cart •

Before School care is available from 7:30 AM to the start of the school day, Monday through Friday. Before School programs are located at each of the three elementary schools – Alcott, Willard and Thoreau. Before School offers a supervised setting where children have the opportunity to read, complete homework, play games or work on projects. Before School does not operate when schools are closed or have a delayed opening.

General Information
- We offer 1-5 day per week options for grades k-5. 
- Our program begins on the first day of school but is not in session on days when the Concord Public School elementary schools are closed.
- We offer care from 7:30 AM to the start of the school day.
- Registration is for the entire school year. There is a charge to change schedules or withdraw.
- Families will complete a file for each child in our UpBup account. File must be complete before a child can attend Before School.
- Children with allergies must have a completed Individual Health Care Plan  and any required medication on site prior to starting in our program.

Payment and Fees
- There is a one time registration fee of $75. Early bird registration of $30 is offered until June 1.
- Tuition is based on a full school year tuition and billed in 10 equal installments.
- The first installment is paid at the time of registration as a deposit.
- Monthly payments are through automatic credit card payment only.
- Billing will occur on the 1st of the month October through June.
-- There is a July 23 deadline for September 2024 changes/withdrawals.  All other changes and withdrawals must be requested by the 7th of the month prior to the change.  There are no withdrawals or changes allowed for June 2025.
 - There is a $25 fee for changes and a $50 fee for withdrawals.


Important!
Registration will be considered "complete" ONLY when you have paid the registration fee, selected the days your child will attend, paid your first month deposit AND followed the link on your receipt to enrolled for all remaining months of the Before School payment plan for automatic billing.

If a day is listed as CLASS FULL - that day is not available. Choose a different day or cancel order and choose a different pricing option. Contact ahill@concordma.gov with questions.
