Small Group Functional Training

This class will work on strengthening and stretching the body for the necessary movements of every day active living. Using dumbbells and body weight for most exercises, participants will maintain and build strength and balance and finish each class with 10-15 minutes of stretching. Required equipment: hand weights. Optional equipment: stability ball, yoga strap.
