Boot Camp with Carolyn
This one hour class is a low impact, high intensity workout with the focus on maximum cardio benefit. We will utilize body weight and a variety of equipment and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to maximize cardio, strength and balance.

Outdoor Boot Camp with Mary: Please bring a yoga mat, towel , water bottle, weather appropriate clothing/sneakers, and dumbbells.
Looking to refresh your fitness routine this summer? Join our Outdoor Boot Camp and enjoy a fun, moderate-intensity workout in the fresh air. Each class combines strength, cardio, and flexibility training.
Classes include a group warm-up, workout, and cool-down in a supportive and motivating environment. No experience necessary.
