Small Equipment Workout

This one hour class will utilize body weight and a variety of small equipment such as hand held weights, small balls, gliding discs, bands, loops and tubing to improve balance and maximize strength and flexibility. We will be standing and using the floor.  Must be able to get up and down easily.  Come and join the Fun!
