Early Release Day at Hunt Program Registration 2021-22

This program takes place on Concord Public School’s weekly Early Release Wednesdays in the 2021-22. This is not part of our AfterSchool Program - which also provides programming on Wednesdays. Those enrolled AfterSchool on Wednesday should NOT enroll in this program. The program runs from the close of school until 6 PM. Transportation is provided by the Concord Public Schools from each child’s school to our site at the Hunt Recreation Center.  

Our Early Release program has a daily schedule that includes time for supervised indoor and outdoor play, special events, and homework, along with a variety of projects encompassing, science, art and other areas of interest to the children.  Our program  is a fun and exciting place for children to spend time on the  weekly early release day! 

General Information




  • This program is for are for grades k-5.


  • Program Location is the Hunt Recreation Center.


  • Our program begins on the first early release day of  the school year but is not in session on days when the Concord Public School elementary schools are closed.


  • We offer care from the close of the school day until 6 PM.


  • Registration is for the entire school year. There is a charge to change schedules or withdraw.


  • Families will complete a file for each child in our CampDoc account. File must be complete before a child can attend our program


  • Children with allergies must have a completed Individual Health Care Plan (our specific form) and any required medication on site prior to starting in our program




Payment and Fees




  • There is a one time registration fee of $75. Early bird registration of $30 is offered through May 31.


  • Tuition is billed in 10 equal installments.


  • The first installment is paid at the time of registration as a deposit.


  • You must follow the link on your receipt and register your credit card for recurring payments to complete your registration.


  • Monthly payments are through automatic credit card payment only.


  • Billing will occur on the 1st of the month October through June.


  • Schedule changes and withdrawals must be requested by the 7th of the month prior to the change.




Important!
Registration will be considered "complete" ONLY when you have paid the registration fee, paid your first month deposit AND followed the link on your receipt to enrolled for all remaining months of the Early Release Day payment plan for automatic billing.
