This class is designed to educate youngsters about multiple components of fitness. Trainer Jeff Cobb will work with 3 person groups on skill based and endurance activities. The class is designed to provide a fitness experience that will give athletes great baseline training for a healthy lifestyle or for a specific sport! Participants should wear exercise clothing and sneakers, and should bring a filled water bottle. Masks are required at all times. Workouts will include a combination of:
- Cardio - aerobics activities
- Muscle endurance - high reps with bands
- General muscle strength - body weight & low weight dumbbells
- Plyometrics - jump training
- Flexibility, Agility and Speed - fun variety & challenges
