Diving Lessons with Boston Area Diving

Beginner
No prior diving experience is necessary. This class introduces safe and proper diving techniques and fundamentals. Each diver will progress at his or her own rate.

Intermediate
If you have a gymnastics or tumbling background and you are comfortable doing a front somersault and bouncing on a diving board, then this class is for you. Safe and proper fundamentals will be stressed and participants will progress at their own rate.
