Concord Recreation offers a variety of classes every season. Our skilled instructors are qualified to help you meet your goals. Let us help get you moving! All of Concord Recreation's Group Fitness Instructors are certified and experienced in their specialty areas.

Concord Recreation offers a large variety of group classes held at 90 Stow St. Hunt Gym and 55 Church Street's Human Services Building. Beede members receive a discount on classes; non-members are welcome as well. Classes include several varieties of yoga, Pilates mat and private Pilates reformer training, indoor cycling, stability ball, small group personal training, and boot camp.
