Concord Recreation offers a variety of classes every season. Our skilled instructors are qualified to help you meet your goals. Let us help get you moving! All of Concord Recreation's Group Fitness Instructors are certified and experienced in their specialty areas.

Concord Recreation offers a large variety of group classes held at 90 Stow St. Hunt Gym and 55 Church Street's Human Services Building. Beede members receive a discount on classes; non-members are welcome as well. Classes include several varieties of yoga, Pilates mat and private Pilates reformer training, indoor cycling, stability ball, small group personal training, and boot camp.

Body Sculpting
Work all major muscle groups using a variety of strengthening equipment and your own body! This class is designed to build strength, increase bone density, build lean muscle while toning and shaping your body.

Aston Kinetics
AstonĀ® Kinetics is a specialized system of movement education that teaches a sequence of exercises designed to release held patterns of tension, improve postural alignment, and create balanced tone throughout your body. Aston Kinetics teaches you to recycle the forces of gravity upward in your body to promote an even distribution of effort, thereby reducing repetitive strain and decreasing your risk of injury. Learn to apply this new way of moving to your everyday activities for increased overall fitness and sustained comfort as you move through your day with more energy and ease. Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in while sitting, lying, and standing. Please bring a bath towel and a yoga mat to class.
