Join Concord Recreation and the Beede Swim and Fitness Center (rain or shine) at this year's Sleepy Hollow 5K & Fun Run! 5K runners will start out front of Beede and enjoy a course that takes them through out Concord. Please note that the 5K course is not closed to cars and that intersections will be managed by Concord Police or support staff. Fun Run participants will side-walk loop around CCHS on a 1/2 mile course. Check-in 30 minutes before your race and enjoy a water station, super music, pre-race stretching, and photos. The Beede Center will be open for restrooms, locker room use, and tours. Some rainy weather notes: wear moisture-wicking clothing, bright colors, reflective gear, and ensure that your sneakers have plenty of traction.
All 5K participants (150 max) & Fun Run participants (75 max) who pre-register will receive a t-shirt. The Fun Run is open to walkers and runners of all ages/abilities and will start at 9:00am. The 5K race starts at 9:30am. Costumes are encouraged! Trophies for winners and BEST COSTUMES!!
Pre-Registration ends on Wednesday October 25, 2023 at 12:00pm. Walk-Up Registration on Saturday, October 28 runs 8:30am-9:15am.
